Lower body


1. Full Squat

2. Bench
worked up to 225x1 felt relatively easy (havent been training the bench for 2-3 months)
and 200lbs x 10 singles with ~90 seconds rest






3. Farm Walks
85lbs around gym
100lbs around gym
130lbs around gym
up to 145lbs.
