1. 20 Squat singles 315lbs 40 seconds rest
20th (final) single
2. Bench Press 10X3 with heavier weight than last week. 165lbs (starting light)
3. Dumbbell Swing 1X50 45lbs dumbbell
Went to basketball court to play basketball.
