2. Sumo style Deadlift
worked up to 315x3
3. Farm Walks
1. 100lbs around the gym
2. 120lbs around the gym
3. 145lbs for 32 feet (10 meters)
Conditioning
30 minutes of basketball 3 on 3 and then did some sprints
